Full payment is required once your application is approved. Immediate payment is necessary to secure your booking. Your stall will only be confirmed after approval.

Stall Rates:

• Craft Stalls – R500 (per 3x3m space)

• Food Stalls – R800 (per 3x3m space, includes access to utilities if required)

Important Information for All Vendors:

• Please bring your own gazebo, tables, extension cords, and lighting — nothing will be provided on-site.

• Food vendors may not sell any items offered by the restaurant.

• A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required for all food vendors. Health and safety checks will be conducted.

• No alcohol, cool drinks, or bubble tea may be sold.

• Spaces are limited — secure your spot today!

We reserve the right to cancel the event if necessary. Refunds will be issued in such cases. We also reserve the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with the rules outlined above.
